Ace Property Maintenance was founded in 1996 by Rich Learned. Mowing, being the primary business, Rich originally called the company Ace Lawn Maintenance. Rich gained his interest in property maintenancee while working three years for Frames Property Maintenance. In 1996 Rich decided to go off on his own and bought a truck, trailer and a couple mowers, starting Ace Lawn Maintenance. Soon after,he met and married the love of his life Andrea Maulorico. Since then, Rich and Andrea have run the company together agreeing on everything… Ya Right! Well, agreeing on most everything thing… Due to massive growth in every aspect of the maintenance company, the name was changed to Ace Property Maintenance. Ace started out as a small residential lawn company and grew quickly to an impressive landscaping and maintenancee company. Ace Property Maintenance now employs over 140 employees annually.
Ace Property Maintenance’s success had a lot to do with customer retention, experience, training and above all great employees. Jesse Lamon being one of the oldest employees has worked for Ace since 2004. He quickly became a crew leader in 2005 and ran his own maintenancee crew for 2 years. Since then, Jesse has managed maintenance crews, landscaping crews, snow removal crews and detail crews. Currently, Jesse is also the shop manager; helping to keep the equipment and trucks running smoothly while also preparing crews for the work week. Duties have included mechanical work, shop organization, parts, mower and truck maintenance and Rich’s right hand man when Rich is not available. Another employee that has greatly contributed to Ace’s success is Edward Rayborn, Jay by any one who knows him. Jay has worked with Ace since August 2006, starting out as a laborer, gaining experience, than quickly moving up to a crew leader postion. Being in charge of the detail crews, the properties never looked better. Jay, also certified as a fertilizer tech, became the primary fertilizer applicator. In the spring, Jay pulls out his inner artist and creates some of the best looking flower displays in the Salt Lake City Valley. Currently, Jay is the maintenance manager, watching over several crews ensuring that the quality of work provided by us is up to Ace’s high standard. Also, Jay helps with the never ending paperwork that flows through the office.
Ace Property Maintenance has been providing quality property maintenancee to residential, condominiums, apartments and industrial properties for over 16 years. Due to the experience in the industry, Ace has become an efficient and dependable company while providing a high standard of quality for its customers.
