Complete Maintenace
Complete maintenance includes a spring clean-up, aeration, lawn maintenance, shrub trimming as needed, fertilizer, broadleaf control and fall clean-up. The monthly price is calculated into eight equal monthly payments. Work and payments are from March 1st through October 31st.
Spring Clean-up
Get your property looking great after the long neglected winter months with a spring clean-up. Spring clean-up includes cleaning up leaves and debris from the entire property. Before finishing we blow everything out to ensure a very clean look. Optional services at this time would be power raking, aeration, prinkler start up, fertilizing and or seeding.
Fall clean-up
End the summer with a little less stress! Let us take care of all those fall leaves. Fall clean-ups are usually done October through November, depending on weather conditions. At this time fall fertilizers, aerating and sprinkler winterization is also available.
